Phase 2:
Build RESILIENCY
(6-8 weeks)

Are you fed up of being stuck in a hole? Learn the key to ongoing mental health by understanding how the human mind and brain work and how to repair your own thought process!

Phase 3:
Learn YOUR process for FLOW
(4-6 weeks)

Once you know who you are and how your mind and brain work, learn how to live your best life on purpose! You never have to fall back in a hole again!

How am I different from other psychologists?

Well, first of all, I believe that to live our best lives we need to know who we are. Do you know who you are? Think about it for a moment. Who are you?

Perhaps you want to say your name? What you do? Your roles? What you have? A group or label that you identify with? None of this gets to the TRUTH of who you are.

I believe that each of us is a unique mind or soul and the key to unlocking our true potential is understanding our UNIQUENESS. I can show you the answer to who you truly are. This is Step 1 of Human Flow Psychology.

The second key difference to working with me is that I will treat you like the magnificent human being that you are. But surely other psychologists do that? Not in my experience. And I say this, having been one of them, despite my best intentions!

Psychology tends to treat people like robots, not humans. Don’t believe me? The easiest way to test this out is to ask a psychologist for their definition of mental health. If they have a definition that includes or implies the absence of mental health problems then, whether they realise it or not, they are treating you like a robot. Because what about those times when you find yourself in a hole? When you have a negative thought, a bad mood or a temporary setback? Does that mean you are mentally unhealthy? No! It means you’re human!

I believe that the definition of mental health is the ability to repair your own thought process. This definition allows for a full range of human thoughts and emotions and puts YOU in the driving seat. I believe a mentally healthy person is someone who successfully handles those momentary struggles and can get themselves out of a hole without needing to rely on therapy. This is RESILIENCY. This is Step 2 of human flow psychology.

The third component I offer, the value that I don’t currently see being offered anywhere else in psychology, is learning your unique process for FLOW (the optimal state for the human mind and brain) and how to reach high SELF-ESTEEM. This is Step 3 of human flow psychology.

In this phase I will help you delve further into your uniqueness and how to embrace and take ownership of this going forward. That’s how you’re going to stay out of a hole. That’s how you’re going to live your life gaining energy. That’s how you’re going to get up the mountain to a life of ongoing happiness, growth and fulfilment.

That’s where the real help happens!

Issues I Have Helped Other People With

I help other people to intentionally DISSOLVE their problems because I understand that:

Low self-esteem

Self-esteem is confidence in your uniqueness. It’s impossible to grow in self-esteem without knowing your uniqueness.

Depression

Getting in tune with your unconscious brain is the key to curing depression.

Anxiety

You are not your brain. This means that YOU can stop your brain from running out of control.

Trauma

The amygdalae (the fight or flight centre of the brain) do not know reality. So you can rehearse your triggers away.

Relationship issues

It is the uniqueness of BOTH people, how they each naturally gain energy, connect with others and want to be spoken to, that determines a healthy relationship.

Personal transformation

Your traumas are the beginning of your ability to transform into the person you were created to be.

Impulsive behaviours

Getting in touch with our unconscious brain is the way to deal with these without having to be constantly vigilant and always efforting.

Career development

Knowing your uniqueness and Purpose means you can intentionally identify fulfilling careers and the role of work in your life.

Difficulty managing emotions

Emotions and feelings are different things. Knowing your uniqueness, how justice works and how to argue in three questions removes all of life’s frustrations.

Personal growth

Once you have the non-contradictory definition for mental health you can intentionally help yourself and others. Helping other people on purpose means you can continually grow.

What Other People Say

Don’t just take our word for it, see what our clients say about us below…

“Accepting that my brain works differently from what society says has made me reflect on my life and I actually feel AWESOME! It’s been really hard but I can look back now and all I see is pure resiliency and strength! I also feel like I would never have been able to reach this point without you. You’ve unlocked my inner self in so many ways and I just have to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I literally feel like a totally new person but also totally me. It’s amazing!”

Former Client One

“I came to Ellie initially for help managing anxiety. The tools she has shared with me have been invaluable and provided so much more than that. Understanding my uniqueness has helped me to accept myself, improve my relationships and guide recent career choices. I am going through big life changes at the moment and feel so much more able to cope and even enjoy the experiences! I strongly believe this is down to Ellie, how she has helped me to embrace my uniqueness and the genuine care and understanding she has shown me.”

Former Client Two

“Through my sessions with Ellie I have come further in taking control of my mental health than I ever have with both the NHS and other private therapists. Each session helped me to learn more about myself and become stronger in who I am. Ellie is the best therapist I’ve ever had and I can’t see myself ever needing to go back to therapy again!”

Former Client Three

A bit about me

I’m Dr Ellie Harper, Human Flow Psychologist. My passion in life is helping people to grow in their uniqueness so that they can live their best lives.

As a Human Flow Psychologist I offer a revolutionary approach to psychology and mental health based on the only non-contradictory model for the mind and brain in the world!

But this hasn’t always been the case. For the best part of 10 years I worked as a psychologist in the NHS before I came to a life-changing realisation:

Psychology as it stands is not giving people the help they really need. In fact, oftentimes, it’s fostering dependency on the therapy that is supposed to help people and even making them worse!

Then in 2018, a chain of events started that turned my life as I knew it upside down. You can read more about my story here but I ended up in a pretty deep hole myself. The following two years were the most challenging of my life but they were also the catalyst for significant personal growth:
