One to One Human Flow Psychology Sessions (Online)

In this flagship Human Flow Psychology course, my aim is to give you the understanding, skills and tools that you need in order to live your BEST LIFE!

I have broken the process down into three key phases that last 12-16 weeks in total. Sessions last one hour and typically take place weekly, via Zoom.

Phase 1: UNDERSTAND YOUR UNIQUENESS
(2 Weeks)

SELF-ESTEEM:
Confidence in Your Uniqueness

In this phase we’ll uncover your authentic self, who you are as a unique mind or soul and how you naturally GAIN energy.

We’ll cover the three core components of your uniqueness. These are your:

Say what, now? 

I know. You’ve likely never heard of the intangible drivers before! Never fear, I am here to make things clear! 

There are seven intangible drivers and everybody has a unique WHY (the effect that they want to have on others) and a unique HOW (what they do to achieve that effect). 

To give you a quick example: I am a compassion-server. Compassion is my intangible driver WHY. It means that I want to bear people’s pain so they can grow. Server is my intangible driver HOW. It means that I do this by meeting people’s needs!

In your first session, we’ll do a simple test to determine your intangible drivers. We’ll discuss the difference between your WHY and your HOW and how you can start embracing your intangible driver. 

This is NOT a personality test! A personality test will only tell you how to slow down or prevent the loss of energy. This will tell you how you naturally GAIN energy!

Your picture perspective is all about how you view the world. Big picture people gain energy looking at more abstract concepts and the relationships between things. Small picture people gain energy by getting into the details. We’ll explore the different picture perspectives and where on this spectrum you fall. We’ll look at practical examples and cover tips for embracing your unique picture perspective.

Your processing perspective is all about how you think and reach conclusions. Internal processors need to think to talk. External processors need to talk to think. We’ll explore the different processing perspectives and figure out where on this spectrum you fall. We’ll look at practical examples and cover tips for embracing your unique processing perspective.

RESPECT:
Treating another person how THEY want to be treated

We’ll also cover the foundations of HEALTHY COMMUNICATION and look at the other Intangible Drivers and help you to start determining the uniqueness of the other people in your life. Once you know your own and other people’s uniqueness, and how to communicate without causing abuse, you can start interacting in ways where EVERYBODY feels seen and connected and EVERYBODY can gain energy.

I believe this is the first step to growing your self-esteem AND to cultivating healthy, meaningful, generative relationships!

PHASE 2: RESILIENCY (6-8 weeks)

RESILIENCY:
The ability to achieve a 80™ Thought Process and maintain it despite your surroundings.

 

In this phase I will teach you how the human mind and brain work so that you can take control of your mental health once and for all!

Understanding how the human mind and brain works sounds pretty complex, right? Well, perhaps not as complex as you may think!

I’ll share a simple analogy with you which will help you to understand how the human mind and brain works within a few minutes!

This non-contradictory model for the mind and brain incorporates four human thought processes. In this phase, we’ll cover three of the four thought processes and how to REPAIR damage in each of these areas. 

REPAIR:
Fix something so it is BETTER than it was before.

Understanding how the human mind and brain works is the key to dissolving common mental health problems.

For example:

this is the destructive or evading thought process. Psychology typically calls this dysregulation. This is triggering and fight, flight or freeze. Trauma causes damage in this area of the brain so we’ll identify and rehearse away your triggers.

this is the distracted or drift thought process. Psychology typically calls this regulation. This is when we operate on autopilot according to preprogrammed patterns of behaviour in our unconscious brain. Damage in this area causes depression, unhealthy habits and even paranoia so we’ll cover how to repair that damage and get your unconscious brain powering you in the direction you want to go. 

this is the focussed, resilient thought process. Psychology typically calls this self-regulation. This is our conscious intelligence when we are focussed on a specific task, goal or stimulus. Damage in this area causes intense negative emotions, anxiety and ADHD so we’ll cover how to repair damage and take control of your conscious brain. 

PHASE THREE: FLOW (4-6 weeks)

FLOW:
Toggling between the 80™ and 10™ thought processes

In this phase you’ll learn your own unique process for FLOW, the optimal state for the human mind and brain! We’ll cover what flow is, your Flow Hurdle and Flow Drivers and develop a process tailored to your uniqueness so that you can flow in any area of your life, on purpose, EVERYDAY!

In order to do this we need to understand the 10™ Thought Process so we’ll cover this here too. This is our unconscious intelligence where all our intuition, creativity and inspiration flow from. Psychology does not even have an agreed upon term for this thought process!

We’ll also do a deeper dive into your uniqueness. In phase one we cover the core components of uniqueness. If you thought of your uniqueness like your address, this gives you your city and county region. In phase three we’re going to really delve into who you are and what lights up your soul! We’re going to figure out your street address!

We’ll pull everything together in this phase so you know how you can move forward living your BEST LIFE – a life of ongoing growth, happiness, fulfilment and UNLIMITED energy! Woohoo!!!! 

This is the serene thought process. This is your unconscious intelligence leading your conscious intelligence by signalling feelings to you based on truth or deception.

The more you tune into your 10™thought process, the happier, more aligned with yourself and at ease with life you will feel!

We’ll learn more about the 10™thought process and figure out the unique ways that your unconscious intelligence communicates with YOU!

We can’t stay in the 10™thought process all the time but we CAN toggle between the 80™and 10™thought processes. This is FLOW. And it’s the optimal state for the human mind and brain!

I’ll help you to understand the six steps of flow, what’s actually happening in your brain, and how you can FLOW INTENTIONALLY.

We’ll explore your own experiences of being in flow so that we can figure out how you can do it ON PURPOSE, in any area of your life so that you can gain energy EVERY SINGLE DAY!

When you put everything we cover together, you have a recipe for high self-esteem. That’s being fully confident in your uniqueness, in your own worth and the value that only you can bring to others!

We’ll do a personal vision statement together to help you understand who you are in more detail, what lights up your soul and how you can naturally help others.

We’ll also have a lot of fun, figuring out the different gears that you can go to depending on the situation or context. Yep, we’re going to identify your SUPERHERO, ALTEREGO and SIDEKICK in this phase.

Once you understand this, you can go into ANY situation, bring the BEST version of yourself and NEVER lose energy again!
